Convert website to Joomla and Add Shopping cart

We have a website that is written in a custom ASP.net content management. We want to recreate the site in Joomla, and add a shopping cart to it, and payment gateway integration.

The site is a flower shop, the new site should look like the existing site.

As with the existing site, the cart should have categories for types of flowers in the cart.
