Website Coding - Experienced Coding Required

Hello guys we have a website and would like to have a coder work on it. We are looking for someone to implement coding to our existing CMS and public website. Design work is not required but knowledge of CSS is absolutely required. Please only experienced coders apply. The coding will consist of adding functions to our admin such as auto triggering of emails. giving us a chance to update emails, give us a chance to view orders (have to create) at the end of the day it's all about the database. mysql - those that are experienced in coding will be able to implement search queries on admin and perform other functions on the membership portion of the website. Note our websites are fully coded we are only missing admin work, tweaking existing codes and then linking a paypal account to our checkout process (which is fully coded) Experienced coders only.
