Build a Website Physic Readings (Articles + SEO)

Requirements:
- You must have proven experience for getting SEO traffic.
- You must have proven experience for writing unique targeted articles.
- You must have proven experience to submit all the content you write to other website to get traffic.
I am creating a new website for Physic Readings niche, the target of the website is the promote [url removed, login to view] website (remove -)
I will need to create unique articles for the targeted keywords, and the only traffic im seeking for is from SEO (Mostly in United States)
The website will include banners and flash ads to promote oranu-m, and also inside page links for oranu-m.
I want to rank 1st result for psychic keywords (below is keywords example):
live person psychic, psychic circle, psychic chat rooms, psychic directory, psychics,
psychic, psychic readings, psychic online, psychic advisers
You need to write those keywords with SEO on website all the time and keywords related to the niche.
Example for more keywords for locations: psychics in michigan, psychics chicago, psychics in nyc, psychics new york, psychics in los angels, psychics in houston... (seo links needed for all US states like that)
