Dear Sir, I have read your Project description & as far as .NET front-end is concerned, our team is very strong but we have not worked on Oracle, so I am sure if you can assist our developers, we can then work together. I am certificated .NET/C# programmer working with .net 13 years. I shall build modern ASP.NET MVC application with AngularJS in front. Standard authentication module will be modified for work under last version Entity Framework, code first variant – attaching any database will not be a problem. Responsive layout I prefer to build using CSS FlexBox layout but can do that with Twitter's layout if you prefer this tool. I shall use jqGrid for buildin Admin view . All code will be supplied with Unit tests (Visual Studio tests for C# and Jasmine for JavaScript).
