144467 Website and logo design

We're a small website design company and require the services of a talented graphic designer/interface designer to design logos and websites for our clients. Please only reply if you have a portfolio and your able to design eye-catching and professional interfaces. The first project we require a new website template(s) and logo for a new property selling website. We will supply name to project partner. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person, but no timewasters please - we know what looks good and bad! If you' got the talent and would like to earn a living as a freelance interface/graphic designer then please get in touch. We are prepared to pay up to $80 for a website design and logo, but please be aware that this must be to a very high standard!!! Note: for an exceptional logo design and website design we will pay $100!! The website: We require two templates for website. One template for the home page and template one for the property results page. We would like neutral colours included, such as blue. This applies to website design and logo. The website should include space on top right hand side for advertising banners, similar to [login to view URL] The website should be fluid with three columns. The left hand column should include property search similar to [login to view URL] The property search results page (second template) content should be similar to [login to view URL] We like the clean layout like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Our favourite website is [login to view URL] The website should be designed in XHTML and CSS with table less layout. The logo: The logo should be original and match the website colours. We would prefer two tone colour in case we need to print letterheads, etc. We expect a professional looking logo that may include image of property. There a lots of examples on the web, but remember it has to be original and not copied from elsewhere. This applies to website as well. If you need any clarification on project let me know.
