redesign our website

I have a very boring-looking, drab website but it is right at the top of google searches for its keywords! Now I want to make it much more visually appealing. I already have a masthead for the top and bottom of the pages. This website only needs a few pages: [login to view URL], Welcome page, About us, Why us?, Signup, purchase. I don't need any logic or scripting, e-commerce etc, as I already have that. What I do need is to make these 6 pages look really wonderfully appealing. The masthead graphic for the top and bottom of each page is attached here, along with the icon file. I need to use the exact logo I already have and red background but it could perhaps be given a shiny or 'wet' look. You can use dummy text everywhere and I'll substitute the real text later. I would like to stay away from Flash because it doesn't work on any Apple products. It;s really a simple site but I want it to be outstanding and have a fresh air feel about it. Many thank
