246177 Real Estate Website Facelift

My real estate website needs a facelift. I have designed it myself using basic skills in FrontPage. My main concern is the current look which appears amateurish. I would like to emphasize more use off CSS and browser compatibility. I would also like to integrate a wordpress blog. I use a c-panel host so I can easily add the blog, but I need help in the design of it. I'm decent at SEO but could use help in that area as well. I would specifically like to start with the redesign of the home page and navigation menu, then would go from there. Previous experience in working on real estate websites is preferred.
