I-phone app with a Website needed.

I need a website and an iphone app. What the basic functions are..Users will and can see, classified add. On the website the user can see adds and also post adds, but can also pay for a featured add that will show up exclusively on the iphone. There will be a specific charge to that, based on a daily budget that the users set and a daily click rate. There needs to be an admin panel, that will allow this to happen. There needs to be map configuration that will show where the location is for the add, along with payment configuration. The user will be registered with us, hence need an email registration. Using the iphone the users can see classified adds and also post classified adds. It's not that complicated, but you will be required to build and design the website. There will be an admin panel, along with payment configuration for classified adds. Map configuration and payment registration needed along with user registration. There needs to be a search box based on mileage. I will send you more details with personal message. --------------------- PAYMENT INFORMATION AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS ------------------------------- We will have three three milestones. 30% will be released when the website is complete. When i say complete i mean fully functional for the user to use along with all admin panels and full functionality. 60% will be released when the website has web service, which is main core for mobile application requests along with the complete development of the app to be fully tested by me. 10% will be released when apple accepts the iphone app. You can start the development however you like, but the milestones will ONLY! be released when the work is complete. Do not ask for a milsetone to upgrade your software or for any other reason. WE WILL NOT RELEASE THE MILESTONE UNLESS THE WORK IS COMPLETE, I REPEAT. The time line for the complete project is 60 days. 30 Days will be to complete the website, the other 30 days will be to complete the iphone web integration along with the app. The time frame will start from the date you get chosen. If you do not give us completed website with full functionality and for it to be ready to be used for the user within 30 days, we reserve every right to revoke you from the project and you will have to cancel the milestone. If you also do not provide us with a working app within 30 days, we will rewoke you from the project and you will again have to cancel the milestone. Strict measures are simply followed due to a recent bad experience with fraudlent programmer. You will also have to provide us with a time line with dates that you will provide us updates within the scheduled days. Strong communication is required.
