84593 Corporate Identity designer

I have a client who wants to change their corporate identity. I have attached a design we quickly developed. We need to have an excellent designer who is able to extend/ fine tune the design and can develop a corporate identity around the website. The logo is of course fake, but the real logo of my client has the same colors and structure in the logo. I placed already a project online asking for a very good designer, but I received so many bids with so many links. I noticed that I cant make a decision based on all those links and quick introductions. Therefore if you are interested to become my designer for this project and others, then could you make sketches on how you would improve the homepage as attached and how the inner page will look like.
