To Create Power Stock Traders' Social Network Portal Using Joomla

Objective: To create a powerful stock traders’ social network using Joomla. Currently, we have an existing site, we need to revamp and improve existing Joomla website www.sharewheel.com. We need the following improvements to be made: 1) Upgrade to latest Joomla version 2) Install Link friendly 3) Install title tag 4) Allow TAGGING for Articles, Blog Post and expert opinion by users and administrators (To have title tag/header tag/ meta description/ meta tags) 5) Input RSS feed for forum and Blog post on homepage 6) To incorporate SEO in the entire site 6) Able to pull free stock market indices data from free sources eg: yahoo finance and present the information similar to [login to view URL] or finance.yahoo.com. (Market Summary to be presented in top left corner of the website) eg: using Modules like Wisro Yahoo quotes ticker 3.1 Ajax 7) Organise our technical and fundamental analysis into articles. Eg. Under technical indicators: There are 39 indicators. We want to have 39 articles for 39 indicators. Currently, its lump into one article. All articles need to be link friendly. 8) Under members activity: Improve "What’s on my mind" module to similar as facebook. Currently, once a member posts his comments, he needs to refresh before the new comment is updated. New comment to be reflected under ShareWheel Wall. 9) Under Trading Journal, users are able to select which trading entry he wishes to show or hide from the public. 10) Under watch list: To reduce the row height and have alternative colour to differentiate each entry. 11) To have icons for group subjects 12) [login to view URL] modules shows the functionality that we would like to have in our site 13) You can look at [login to view URL] under “Financial”, “Stocks” modules 14) To Improve the existing banner. 15) To Improve Trader’s Social Network design. 16) Currently, inside “Create Blog Entry” page, unable to insert picture file. We need that function 17) Inside “Add Friends” page, currently functionality of adding friends is not user friendly. 18) Improve the overall appearance of the website to be more aesthetically appealing and fresh. Our website Background: white, theme color: blue We welcome your suggestion to include other functionality/modules which you feel is suitable to improve the current site. If you feel it’s easier to create a new stock social portal from scratch instead of making the changes, you are welcome to create a brand new stock social portal for us. Previously, we have engaged a company to build the existing website. We need someone else to take over the job to work on the above mention improvements.
