73194 web site redesign

I am looking to face lift the existing company web site [login to view URL] Open for creative and simple ideas. The content will remain the [login to view URL] service page requires re-engineering making sub menus to of the four services provided. When the mouse hovers over the service name the text appears to describe the service all in one page. Use macromedia so I can maintain it. It must be simple enough that I can maintain. I have little skills in using flash and dream weaver. The current company log is in purple and red (it is not on the website yet). It is attached as a word template. You may build on the existing design or make a complete re-design Must show portfolio before starting. I had to remove the initial posting because I could not make changes to it.
