5870 simple templates

I need 2 templates, may need more if you do a good job on these. an example of what I am looking for can be seen at [url removed, login to view] dot info I do not want exact clone but I do want something very similar exspecially the portion where the adsense ads appear with the picture, hot graphic, and menu. the graphic can say wow instead of hot, I would like that part to look very similar to the example, but does not have to be the same colors.
