Need Drupal Expert for longer term project

I am looking for an Expert Drupal designer who is capable of creating modules, blocks, templates to create what is required for a Backend system. This Backend system will put information into my datastructure with a nice, easy to use interface. Required for this job:
• Drupal CMS – Theming
• Drupal CMS – Security
o Will need tons of security to allow specific users to access specific areas of the CMS
• Drupal CMS – Module Creation
• AJAX Framework (Moo, JQuery, Prototype, or other) – within Drupal
This would be for the Backend of one of my sites and will HAVE to integrate with:
• Wordpress – Will auto-post content to WP
• OpenX – Will create/delete/modify banners in OpenX that will be on the WP site
But, essentially, will require a FULL-TIME coder who will code this project on a full-time (or more) basis until completed. For an excellent programmer, I would forsee a month of time.
