I am looking for someone to build me a website with the same functionality as hotukdeals. Users need to be able to view all content but will need to log in to submit new content and vote. All content needs to allow tags to be added by logged in users. Needs a search function and alert function so when content is added that meets your saved search users get notified. Ideally on a platform I can tweak, eg. Drupal but not a requirement. Needs to be scale-able if website takes off.
