Document translation assistant HTML-based tool

Hello, I am looking for a full stack developer with strong experience in both back and front end to develop a simple but specific web tool that will be part of a major web application. Currently we have multiple translators that works with multiple document types (initially we will focus only with HTML files) and they use Notepad++ to update the documents with the translations. We are looking to replace that with a tool where the translators can upload the HTML files and be able to replace the texts WITHOUT changing any HTML tag. The HTML files might not be fully HTML documents (no html, head, body tags) and they can be in any language, not only english. Initially we are looking for a simple but working PoC to start. After it, we will work on a full featured version of it and integrate it with our current system. PoC features: - Upload an HTML file - Visualize the HTML file - Select and replace the texts with the translated text (again, without any modification of the HTML) - Download the new HTML file with the translated texts No authentication, backend, professional design is needed for this PoC but later we will need to integrate it with an existing Laravel application so experience with that framework would be needed.
