URGENT ** VB6 Small application**

I need a simple VB6 application to interface two computers.

This program shall also perform several auxiliary functions such as PING, Parsing, File Transfer etc..

Parser and File transfer sections are already written using Visual Studio 2000 Pro and Net 2.0, and will be available to bidder.

This program should be monitored by a "watchdog" to assure that it is always "on".

More details after bid acceptance. You will need to sign an NDA and IP Transfer agrement.

I need to start testing inside 5-7 days and fully complete inside 10-12 days.
