Pligg auto poster

I am looking for a Windows desktop program that will post automatically on Pligg sites. Here is the requirements: 1- User will enter URL list. 2- User will enter submission details. 3- Bot will create the accounts 4- Bot will email verify the accounts - downloading emails from POP and clicking on the links. 5- Bot will connect to the sites and make the bookmark 6- Bot will run multihreaded 7- Bot must be socket based 8- Bot must have a username and password verification system. Usernames and pw will be saved on an external MYSQL server. 9- Bot must support spintax format and decaptcher services: [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] 10- Output urls must be able to be exported as txt file. Note: This is not a spam tool and it will be used on our OWN Pligg sites or sites that we are authorized to post.
