VB.Net 2010 Express Database Help

I am looking for a tutorial and a final product. For the right coder this should only take about 1 hour for you to code and same to build the tutorial. You need to use VB.Net 2010 Express and JET 4 to connect. This must remain portable, if I move the final EXE and DB to another computer it should work without an install this is a MUST. I have attached 90% of the basic code you just need to make it work using as many of the native VB 2010 Express tools as possible. This project consists of 4 forms with different levels of connectivity to a database. Please review the zip file before you bid it contains information about the final product.
