47165 Dispatch and Delivery subsyste

This project is for some very simple initial data entry screens that form part of a bigger system (to be developed later). The system must be developed using Visual [url removed, login to view] and the choice of DB is MSSQL, although if you have extensive experience of using Mysql with VB I would consider going with Mysql. Basically, the data entry screens are fairly simple and may contain some business rules and validation. My main initial requirements are: 1) system framework (main page including menu system depending on security settings and login screen) 2) Employees data entry screens. 3) Area data entry screens. 4) Companies Data Entry Screens 5) Products Data entry Screens. In total about 16 screens + initial menu screen. Important points. 1) to be developed using VB.NET 2) pages need to be internationalized. i.e. system must be able to work in different languages (including east european languages). (The capability needs to be there, I would do the translations). If needed I have a couple of articles from Microsoft on how to do this, although if you have experience of this already then much better. 3) Source Code Must be provided. 4) I've specified MSSQL as the database, but I could go with MySQL if you have experience of VB/Mysql. 5)I will provide the DB structure. 6) I will provide the specs for the forms, you just need to do the coding. 7) System will be developed further at a later time, so depending on the quality of the work, you may be involved. Please let me have your estimates and how long you think this will take. Also any relevant experience with jobs of this type. Thanks.
