Write a Macro for Outlook to Sort Incoming Emails in Specific Manner - repost 2

My inbox is quite small, so it is absolutely essential for me to sort incoming emails. Doing it manually is very time-consuming and I receive hundreds of emails every day. I have already exhausted the Rules function in Outlook and I can't add anymore. I'm hoping someone can write something to get me started so that I can flesh out the entire Macro needed. I've already attempted to write something, but it isn't working. This is how I need emails sorted: 1. Project the email is about 2. Month of Receipt 3. Group of Sender 4. Name of Sender I also want an "other" folder for each project in the event that the email does pertain to that project, but that sender hasn't been defined as part of a group. I want to be able to go into VBA and manually define new senders and keywords, etc. as they come up. I've attached an image of how I'd like the folders to be organized. The Macro must be able to create new folders for senders that fall into specific categories. HIERARCHY 1 For example, I have the Bluejay Project, the Red Cardinal Project, and the Yellow Canary Project. Sponsors and Program Office folks will always have the same domain: [at][login to view URL], [at][login to view URL], etc. I might also get emails from a manager at those fictional companies requesting a report, and they would have the same domain. But, that domain will ALWAYS be associated with THAT project. Anything with [at][login to view URL] should automatically go to the Bluejay project folder and nowhere else. Any sender with the domain of [at][login to view URL] could either be in Management or Analytics Team. HIERARCHY 2 The month stamped on the email would dictate which month subfolder the email goes to. HIERARCHY 3 The group that the sender falls in will need to be defined by me and I will need to be able to add onto it. So, any email from needs to go to the Program Management folder under her folder. An email from sbaker[at][login to view URL] that says "Hey, I know you're busy with Yellow Canary, but I wanted to know what's up with Bluejay when you get a minute".Sbaker will only email for general company stuff OR Bluejay, so, I need the macro to ignore the "Yellow Canary" part and focus on whether "Bluejay" is in the email. If it isn't, it would need to go to an entirely different folder. HIERARCHY 4 Anything with [at][login to view URL] in the sender email will need to go to Analytics Team or Management based on a list in which I can define who belongs to which group. For the Reporting folder, anyone could fall into that. The Macro would have to look for anything that says "report request" or "can you create a report" AND a keyword for the project "can you create a report for Bluejay". This would apply only to domains in [login to view URL] and mycompany.com. If it's [login to view URL], it shouldn't go to the Bluejay folder. Notifications would always be from one source, which is a particular technology being used. If the domain is [at][login to view URL] and has "Notification" in the subject line, it needs to go to the Notifications folder. Completed reports will also come the same domain. The subject line will say "Report Completed" and needs go to the Completed Reports folder. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
