Create HTML Newsletter Design

I need an HTML Newsletter to be created in HTML from an existing design. ** What I will provide:** 1) I will provide two designs. 2) The designs will be similar to each other, but there will be some variation between design 1 and design 2. 3) The designs will be provided in either a Photoshop format or in JPG/PNG (depending on what you need). **What you need to do:** 1) You need to create the tables so that I get a working HTML Newsletter. 2) I should be able to take the code and use it right away so that my newsletter goes out from a service like [login to view URL] **What I will need from you:** 1) Any specifications that you need. Size/Graphics 2) Any format that you need. Jpeg/PSD etc. This is a quick, easy to do job. And I need rounded edges. I am attaching two graphics because the first graphic is our website, and the look I'm looking for is the Apple Newsletter with the rounded edges.
