Looking for Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish speakers - Long term, flexible hours

Our company is registered in Norway and is located in Tønsberg but you may work remotely. We currently have a portfolio of 83 business customers (all Norwegian). With the partnerships we're making as well as a system we have built to deliver webshops in a near-full automated way, we expect to start receiving 36-54 new customers each month as of 3 months from today. You do not need programming or design skills, but you must at least have enough experience to manage your way around simple-built web applications. What we need: - We need someone who is available to respond to customers and leads when they send in requests via email, chat, or phone - Someone who can help us with the details of managing a Norway-based company - Someone who is able to get information a customer uploaded in a form (text and images) and copy/paste it into the webshop to be created (no development or programming skills needed. In 5 minutes we can show you all you need to know). - Someone who we can set as the reply-to email on emails automatically sent to customers - Someone who is able to translate text we have from English to Norwegian and from Norwegian to English What skills we require: - Ability to clearly communicate a message either in text or voice - Ability and willingness to learn new concepts (we will need to spend 2-3 hours teaching you what you need to know) - Great people-skills and to be able to enjoy interactions with customers - To be self-organised Availability and payment: The most important thing is that you are near-always available, be it 10 in the morning or 9 at night. We do not need you to sit by the computer non-stop, you can go out and do whatever you want so long as if a customer calls or emails, you can respond near-instantly. We are willing to agree on a certain amount of month we will pay you and a maximum limit on the hours you will work. This way you will get a set payment regardless of work-load. As of now, there is a need for maybe 1-2 hours a day of work, but as we grow and receive more customers - these hours will be more, and if you are great at what you do - we are willing to hire an assistant for you, so that you can maintain your salary but offload a good amount of the work onto someone else.
