We are a Lighting Analysis and Retrofit company based out of Ontario, Canada. We have several sales people on the go who visit clients and do a lighting audit. This results in them submitting a list of items including lighting counts and existing lighting usage at the client's business. We need a virtual assistant who is strong in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word, to take these 'counts' and use our templates to create proposals, and keep updating our leads tracking as well as develop templates for sales forecasting. We will explain the business in detail once an NDA is signed with the right candidate. Our current requirements are for the VA to work from 11 am EST - 8 pm EST (Toronto time). We are looking for someone to learn our business and assist our sales and executive teams on an ongoing basis. It would be a minimum 1 year contract with a definite opportunity to increase that. Our VA should be reliable, have great english skills (oral and written) and ability to take phone calls is an asset.

Done the exact same task with an organization. I inputted field data into a system which they used called DHIS. Your tasks are more easy to work on because you are using MS Office applications and you already have created the templates for your use.I have also worked as a customer support and admin support person before, so there is no issue of taking phone calls. I will just need instructions / training one time and need to learn about your products / business so I can easily do the job. I have proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of data and confidential information. I am full-time freelancer and available at 11 am EST - 8 pm EST (Toronto time). Is this job Mon-Fri or 7 days a week? What is your budget for this position? *I can negotiate on price*
