This project must be developp in Visual Studio 2008. Institut FORMAT is specialise in media training. We used a already existing database in Access. A copy of the actual Visual Studio 2008 project is available for the coder in *.vbproj ComboBox1: Click on ComboBox1 must fill the ComboBox2 with a recordset of Table (Personnes) with only the name of the contacts related to this company by the field (RIndex). Possibility to update any field and save it in the Dataset. Possibility to add a new company and new contacts and saving those changes using the icons and < Add> of the BindingNavigator. The ComboBox1 must be sorted. The 26 Alphabetical Buttons: Click on the button (B) must start a query to build a Recordet with all the companies starting by the letter (B) and fill the ComboBox1. E-mail button: Click on E-mail button must send a E-mail at a specific E-mail address of a textbox. Object, Message attach a file of a RichTextBox to the E-mail. The path and the filename of RichTextBox present in the application. Click on Print button: Must print a RichTextBox file with the default printer. MonthCalendar: If you change the month in the calendar, you will noticed that the weekend appears in green. If you click on the first day of the month you will see it change from color black to the color blue = (Reservation) and a other click will bring the color red = (Confirmation). It is for this reason that we choose to use Labels instead of a DataGridView who don't offer this type of visual effects. Changing the month in the calendar must populate the labels with informations coming up from the table in the database. The SQL must build a recordset of the informations of a specific month. The informations must be sorted by day in order to show the first day of the month on the first label line and so on. In the former version of our application, we used a < Dynaset > procedure to do that.
