My Videography Project

Project Outline: We are looking for a freelance Videographer cum editor who can take up projects on a turnkey basis every month. The work is for a Healthcare client of ours located in Bangalore. You need to be residing in Bangalore to be eligible for this project. Description & Responsibilities: - The work involves going to the healthcare unit of our client in Bangalore about 2-3 times a month, with an interval of about 7-10 days between each visit. You will need to carry your equipment like video camera, tripod, lighting equipment (if necessary), etc. - Once there you will need to shoot videos for most part of the day involving several (around 10 per day) doctors while they explain a concept related to a specialty, surgery, procedure, health advice or any other topic related to healthcare. - After the video capture for the day is done, you will need to edit the videos and make individual videos according to the different doctors and their topics covered, insert the hospital logo and branding, add simple effects in each video, and finally send all the finished videos shot that day to us, a few days later to be put up on the website & YouTube. - For an example of the type of photography and editing skills needed, you can refer these 2 videos from doctors'circle. ○ [login to view URL] ○ [login to view URL] Additional Info: - This Project will last at least for a minimum of 6 months, i.e. until all the doctors of that hospital are covered in the various videos. Every visit you will shoot about 5-7 hours of video. Hence monthly the total duration of edited videos that you submit to us could be around 15 hours. - Someone from our firm will accompany you during initial 2-3 visits to finalize the flow and format of the video shoot, and you will need to visit the facility yourself thereafter, after we connect you with someone from the in-house marketing team there. - We will inform you about a shoot for a particular day in a month 3-5 days in advance. - Work begins in December itself, after we have shortlisted the freelancer, and done the necessary paperwork with them (Work Agreement, NDA, Non-compete agreement, etc) Please send in your proposals, past work samples and the charges for the project. (We would prefer to pay on a per day basis rather than the duration of the videos edited and submitted for a day, but we can work it out.)
