Video Editor needed for wedding video production -

I am a self employed cameraman & video editor based in County Down, Northern Ireland with many years of filming and producing weddings, promotional videos, conference filming, documentaries and more. I have built up a large backlog of weddings to edit, and am looking initially for someone to help me reduce this, with a view to maybe in the long term do some more. Skills needed for this project: - Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and specifically Adobe Premiere, - Ability to work in collaborative editing on projects with myself if needed, My budget is low for this so I am prepared to work on a collaborative basis, ie. if a whole completed wedding edit cannot be done for my budget I will ask for certain parts of it to be done and I will work on the rest of it. Initially I would prefer to work with someone on this basis until I have explored how long it will take for a full wedding edit and if it will fit into my budget. At the moment, I produce 'long form' weddings, ie. full ceremony, full speeches etc. and the end result could be anything from 45 minutes to 2 hours. I use Adobe Premiere, so I would prefer projects edited with it especially if I will collaborating on the editing. I have outsourced recently to someone using Final Cut Pro and had so many compatibility issues that it became counter productive.
