You would need to provide the complete service -- including the stock video footage.
Imagery of the footage should be the same type that is represented in this video sample - people, life, emotions, actions, etc.
Music can also be licensed by me or by your suggestion.
It can run for 45 seconds.
In terms of the guy in the background, that would be cool, but not necessary if it was technically, or cost prohibitive, but the rest of the style, delivery and format should remain the same.
Your delivery must match the same quality as the provided example.
