Edit videos I'm providing and also create animation to fill in gaps that my footage can't cover

Need services for the following: 1) I have the attached scripts that needs to be created into video. PLEASE READ IN DETAILS THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND SCRIPT OF THE PROJECT BEFORE BIDDING 2) Will need to separate the final approved video into 3 files as per indicated in the attached script 3) I can provide my own voiceover if you don't; as such in your quote, please indicate if your price includes voiceover 4) I've also included the link to the video footages I'm supplying so for all the rest in the scripts, will be filled in by your animation 4) You will need to edit the videos that will be provided to be incorporated into the final output. Rotate the video and edit it to make it look more like a professional shot video if possible (change the tone, color, etc.) 5) Create animations for gaps as the videos that we are providing will not cover what we have for the full script.
