I need to decode the video. Its stored in AVI, but not the regular one. I know its coded in some way. I will need not only to get the video, but also the full algo how to decode other videos of this type in future.
I will creat the milestone for the person who will upload me for example the first 1 min of this video as a proof.
Its 100$ job, not more, not less.
