Hello. I would like somebody to create me a cartoon. I have a song and want a cartoon of a cute baby dancing the the song. The baby in the cartoon must do the exact dance that i will provide. I would like the baby to be wearing ababy vest, and the logo on the front of the baby vest to keep changing, showing my different designs.
I have uploaded an image of how i would like the baby to look.
This must be to a high quality, and the video will be around 3.5 mins long.
