I have managed a number of events. The most recent was for a large American organisation that ran seminars and conferences at major venues throughout Australia. I coordinated each event using spreadsheets that I devised ensuring that there were no cracks in the planning. I found this was essential so that every possible unforeseen outcome was covered. I established a rapport with venue management in all major cities in Australia. Needless to say the events ran well with a good outcome. On my profile is one such project and when you read it you can see what a success it was. The project involved event management, coordination, quoting, booking,and organisation.

My husband manages the sound department at the Sydney Opera House, which involves managing performers, producers, vendors, equipment, budgets, schedules etc. I have a masters degree is project management and have extensive experience with event management together we would be an excellent fit for this project.

I’m an experienced producer of live music events. GM of Lost Paradise 5yrs until Feb 2019, I’ve since produced live music events in London and Thailand. Also Fuzzy (3 yrs), Sydney Opera House and SBS. Relevant Skills and Experience Producing 12,000 person music camping festivals, touring a national festival, producing live music events in London, Sydney and Thailand. My entire career is producing live music events.

As a Television Producer, Event Manager and Project manager I have all the experience and skills required to execute this project. I have toured celebrity artists such as Hugh Jackman, Sunrise, Fifi Bix, Rebecca Gibney, Mick Fanning nationally and Internationally with a film crew. Coordinating all components from scripting and scheduling to on the road accom, meals, travel and then editing footage and coordinating media deals. I have produced over 100 hours of television. The largest event I produced was a touring exhibition of a 2000m2 mock African village explaining 3 life stories of children effected by war. It required 20 people to build, 40 Volunteers to activate and in excess of 15000 people visited the site in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. My family has a small event Mgt business. I am presuming this fee is for services to create a budget and coordinate, research and negotiate line items then execute the project.
