Video edit showreel/teaer

I already own a production company but need an external editor to create a new teaser for our social media offerings.
I have no idea if i/we want to proceed with an hourly rate or a fixed rate.. but just because freelancer makes you click a box (very frustrating of them) i have clicked hourly.. but maybe we agree on a project once we have been able to discuss.
Show reel/ teaser of approx. 1min, using all pre-exiting vision.
Edit needs to be edgy with informative supers and music and good feel of grade and effects.
Imperative - Needs to be edited using Premiere Pro and the Project file and assets provided with the final.
