CCTV forensic analysis

We have footage of a car that was used to steal a trailer from two cameras. Unfortunately the images are too blurred to read the car number plate.

I would like the images enhanced so the car number plate can be identified. Any imagery of the driver would also be useful.

Two H264 format video files are available with the car in view for approximately 5 to 10 seconds in each.

On viewing the footage if you believe you are unable to extract any of the above information then no fee will be paid.

For successful analysis US$75 dollars will be paid.

I have just added the CCTV video clips (two in total). You will see a car driving past towing a trailer. It is the car's number plate that needs identifying.
