Designing Test

We are looking for a Front-end Developer who is responsible for the translation of the UI/UX design mockups to actual code that will produce the visual elements of our existing websites and applications. So we are going to organize a test and there are following description of test. Story: We have a set of questions. In these questions there are 2 type of questions 1) to check confidence level 2) Knowledge level. So user need to give this set of questions 2 time. User will take first time quiz when he/she didn't go with our courses So in that way we can check user confidence and knowledge level before course video watched. It is called pre course quizzes. And again that user will take quiz after completion of courses. So we need to show users confidence and knowledge level before take course and after completion of course. Task: We have screen size for web is 376 X 346 for website. You need to look it will look good on responsive as well. We need to represent above story in modern graphics way. We are looking to submit your screens before this 8th of August 2020.
