I am looking for 3Dsmax advanced user who can build the selected area of Hong Kong, attached the related documents which show the area I need, for the people who win this bid. I will provided the official electronic Hong Kong map to build the 3D model. Texture and materials are optional.

To all potential bidders, thank you for all the effort.

However the scope of my project has been changing.

The basic model is on my hand already

Now I have to wait other parties to confirm the animation routing

So that I can point out which area of model needs to be modify.

This project needs very High Quality skills, attached a video for reference.
