here are 12 floor plans altogether. I need the CAD designer to count the pipe sizes and lengths, no. of sprinklers, hose reels, etc. A Bill of quantities template will be provided, and all the drawings shall be provided in DWG format. Drawings are layered so it should make it easier for counting. If this project is succesful, there will be other opportunities for work. For the first project, I am looking for someone willing to work at a fixed contract value and at low sum. Please think of this as opportunity for long term work. Also indicate to me in your cover letter what your standard hourly rate is for this kind of work.
