My husband and I are planning to use my inherited lot in the Philippines.
The area is estimated at about 1,800 sq. m more or less. The land is flat and square shaped.
Our backyard is the river and the government is now starting a project that will create a tourist path walk along this river. There are also mango trees on the backyard and the left side of the house.
I would like a 3 story building. Modern design with big windows.
parking space at the bottom of the hotel/dormitory/renters area.
1st floor facing the street would be 2 commercial units to be rented out.
2nd floor would be for family or single use for rent like a small studio unit.
the 3rd floor would be like a penthouse for our personal use with office space.
I would like a similar design of building facing each other and the middle part would have a privacy gate connection the 2 commercial units. (2 on the left and 2 on the right)
I would like a deck/verandah around plus whatever design to view the river as well.
I would like a design for the rooftop where we can use to relax and grill etc.
I would like a modern design for this building that would have good ventilation for the whole building and rooms plus a very well maximized space.
I would like huge windows and natural light to come in to make the building cooler inside.
Any other better idea like a small swimming pool at the roof deck would be great too.
