Artistic Updates Needed for my 3D print statue

Hello. I have a trophy/art design that needs a little 3D help. I would like to have a slave ship coming out of the water as depicted, from Africa. Instead of oars, it has whips that would come out of the rower holes almost like tentacles from an octopus. 6 legs would be reaching the edges of the United States and the last two around the freed slave's wrists just under where the broken shackles are. The ankles in this 3D model are weak so it would be good to have some hands/arms reaching up to support his legs, almost like ancestors giving him strength because the weight of the U.S. and slavery are almost too heavy for him to bear alone. These are to be given as trophies so I want it to be a masterpiece. Output files should be obj and stl for 3D printing. Would like one file to have Africa as the base and the other to have a fist as the base as shown in the illustration. Looking forward to working with the winning bidder.
