I have a set of drawings already done by an international Architect based in Europe. Floor plans, elevation, as well as external and internal 3d renderings are completed. I would like to have an licensed architect to redo the drawings/construction docs (including structural) based on the initial work to ensure final drawings are ready for construction. Must be able to stamp/certify drawing for use in Illinois. If you are interested in this project I can send you the current completed set for your review so you can provide a fixed cost to get this work done. Once completed, drawings need to be stamped and ready for permit approval process. All interested applicants must be able to provide all construction docs and stamp drawings for the state of Illinois.
