Architectural Design 2D plans / 3D rendering -- 2

I am looking for someone to design a carwash building that will serve as the master for every location developed in the future. The building will enclose a Sonny's 80MT express tunnel car wash system. The northeast side will be fully closed while the southwest facing side will have a combination of glass and wood looking material to enable customers see cars passing through the tunnel. (see attached Sample exterior image idea 1 and 2). There will also be a partial second level that will be the office, equipment room, laundry, rest room for staff and the water storage tank for the car wash - not to be visible (see Google SketchUp image/file. - [login to view URL]!255836&authkey=!AFGw0AQA95kzWGI&ithint=folder%2c ) I am attaching several files to give as much information as to the dimensions of the property. I am going for a contemporary to Scandinavian look for the car wash design. It has be simple enough to implement at another location with minor alterations. Feel free to email questions before bidding. The project deliverable will be architectural plans that can be submitted for permitting and 3d rendering all in AutoCAD formats.
