Hello, I have gone through the pdfs that you have provided containing the house plans, land-use map, location map & sewerage slopes, and after going through all these details, I'm pleased to lay a proposal to be a part of your project. I'm an Architect by profession and i take interest in designing as well as rendering residential & commercial buildings, as i'm fascinated by these spaces and their varieties. Hi, I'm an Interior designer from Florence, Italy. I have 8 years of experience in retail design (calvin klein (ckj, cK, cKA, ckjk stores, corners, showrooms, fairs and some fixture concept for Warnaco in Europe and the Middle East) including stores in Riyadh. I followed hundereds of store openings from site survey to store design, sometimes furniture design, to working drawings and renderings to following the actual work on site. I have also done private houses in Italy, Brazil and Turkey, currently working on one in Cyprus. I'm very creative, and very proficient in 3DS. I'm very good at interpreting and adopting styles to specific spaces. I'm pretty new on freelancer, but I have one completed project for the tiling of 5 bathrooms and a kitchen of a 350m2 house. Hi Cooper, My name is Daryl Robbins I am an architectural assistant based in Edinburgh, Scotland. I am currently working for an award winning architectural practise and I have registered with freelancer to expand my portfolio and work on some interesting projects. This project looks very exciting and is one I would love to work on. I will respond to your questions first then tell you a little more of how I would approach the work. 1. I think it would take about 15 hours to build a comprehensive 3d model on the project. The model would include all the materials and this time would include minor amendments requested by yourself following your first view of the model. 2. To get to this stage this will take a few days, from this one render will be created. The view for the render you will select from a series of view options I will send to you to choose from. The render will take an additional 2 days to create. (10hours) 3. Additional renders will be charged at 10 hours each. I have suggested a total time of 40 hours this allows for time to negotiate and contact through emails. If the project took 25 hours like I have explained that is what I would expect to be paid, not the 40 like I have suggested in my quote. If you require a series of changes or render alterations there is a 15 hour overlap that could be used to create additional renders or this time could not be used. 4.
