Do some 3D Modelling

I have an idea to create an Controlled Fishing boat Unmanned from shore where i can attach the shrimp trap nets to the boat and send the boat out to sea drop the traps over night and send back out the boat to retrieve the traps ...looking for someone who can help me design a medium size boat to accomplish this Basically a unmanned boat to catch shrimp
