3D Animation of an Office Building

I need a 3D Office Building Animation. This animation should be of a very high quality. a storey building, or 2-storey building preferably. It should start from the plan to the final look of the building. The name of the organisation and logo is going to be shown clearly infront of the building. Sound effect is not necessary- as we are still going to be merging this animation with another video.
A parking space at the front of the building is esential, and an animated cars passing by right infront of the office is also required.
Kindly ensure you are very good Architect that has a vast experience before taking up this project.
