Developing a CAD animated presentation

exhibits will be conducted with the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame museum and other venues.
This needs to be done soon or within a reasonable timeframe and depending on the additional info you may require, would like it done as quickly as possible and payment will be rendered immediately. I will gather the requirements (IT PM for 15 years/began as a BA) and try to nail down the scope as much as possible to decrease the cost and time.
1. Person coming into a square room - 4 walls.
2. A truss will be used to hold four projectors and will need to be placed in the middle of the room. TVs however can be hung inside or out on all 4 corners (big picture)
3. Each wall will have a small table with a 40 or 40 inch LED panel.
4. Each projector will be showing a video of a particular artist on each wall; one wall full band, one wall possibly close -up of guitarist, one wall other band member and so forth.
5. The LED panels will be on the frame the artist decided to paint on canvas or some media format to be sold.
Basically, a person walks into the exhibit, gets handed a glass of wine, begins looking at each wall, and eventually walk up to one of the LED panels and orders a piece of art from what is available.
I am probably not making as much sense as I should but he isn't cheap; he understands expertise comes at a price because of what he does.
