Animation Powerpoint Presentation

I need someone to create an animated woman vector. This vector will be embedded on a powerpoint slide presentation. Here's what the vector animation requires: (1) At the beginning of each slide, the animated woman vector walks across the screen and stops at the bottom right hand corner of the slide. (2) While on stop, the animated vector moves around in place, looking up, sway hands, while waiting for the powerpoint to make its transition to the next slide. (3) The animated vector should begin to walk when the slide transition to the next slide (as if she's continuing to walk when the next slide is presented). The vector walks across slide again and repeat step (2). (4) The animated vector should be in in high format, no blur while animation is playing. This vector should be compatible and can be inserted in Powerpoint, Keynote, and Websites. (5) The animated vector should be editable using flash. So, 2 files is required for final delivery: 1 flash file and 1 final output file that will be used for the embedding. One vector will be provided, you will need to create different standing and walking positions of the same vector. This is due within 5 days.
