SMTP/IMAP setup in Linux EC2 instance via Sendmail

I am looking for someone who can help setup my SMTP/ IMAP in AWS EC2 linux instance, through which I can send email from my PHP code through Sendmail and PHP IMAP libraries.
I have already setup AWS SES, PHP code to send mail via Sendmail. But sometime its not sending, also functionality is to save sent mail in SENT folder, which is also not working.
Attaching sendmail log as well.
