Run site's ad intentory

Hi,

I am looking for someone to manage my ad inventory in a site relating to a very popular pc football (soccer) management game.

Site is an old project, which i had abandoned for years due to other work and was making just 200-300$/month.I got back to it in September and revenue went to 600$ last month. However, while asking around at sitepointforums, several people pointed out to me that the potential earnings are in the area of 2,000$/month.

I am not professionally in websites, so i can't judge if this figue is realistic. However if it is, i would be eager to hire someone to run professionally the inventory, either on a flat fee or (preferably) on a percentage of the excess income per month.

I wanted to clarify that any bid should be a monthly fee (flat or percentage) for managing the ad inventory on a permanent basis, since i would prefer not to get personally involved in this site any longer.
