Access 2013/2016 ? We can use MS Access as backend or SQL Server Express as backend. Let me know your preference. Do you want this as a web based solution ? or you want desktop or dedicated server based windows application ? there will be one option if users to your database are limited say 10-15 users, we can have a virtual dedicated server or dedicated server that has credentials to connect through Remote Desktop. The MS Access application can have privilege system. This will allow only features needed for end user, staff and admin respectively. 2)Looking for someone to create online access database and web application. =>Ok, if you have single user or group of limited users who going to use this application then there is one option for online database. On a windows Dedicated or Virtual Dedicated server, we will deploy Microsoft Access runtime and SQL Server. This will work the Microsoft Access with good performance and you will get all the features of MS Access as well.
