Software for a stocks simulator game

I am hosting a stock simulator game for students. I have made demo companies and description of them which will be given to students some days before the stocks game. On the game day, I want a software in which they can buy and sell those demo stock(7 companies i have made up by myself). The students will be shown an economic news/graphs/data, they will analyse it and purchase or sell stocks in the software with equal demo money given to all.

I need the market to close when I want and open when I want(they can not trade unless I open the market)

I need portfolio tracking:

after every news, I will update stocks price and they should update in the software too.

Portfolio of each student should be calculated after each news and update of stock price

I am looking for software developers that can build the stocks simulator game( it can be a software or a website) for me. The game will be developed for the Windows platform and should include real-time stock market simulation features. I have a specific design in mind for this project, but am open to hearing suggestions from potential candidates.
