compiling Source code

I need someone to build the (Community Open Source) Qt from its source code for windows ( I am using windows 8) using mingw and the msvc (Microsoft visual C++) (1) all software must be free editions and the final build should work exactly like the prebuild qt versions if there is a third party software not included in the source code get it. (2) build versions (i) qt-1.45 (ii) qt-3.3.8 (iii)qt-4.1.5 (iv)qt-4.7.4 (v)qt-4.8.5 (vi)qt-5.2.1 (vii)qt-5.4 (viii)qt-5.4.1 (3) a full description with screen shots on how to build and run (4) build and run at least one example from the example included with each version to make sure the build works (5) to give me the software used to build each version with the description (6) I do not accept built copies I need the software used and the description to build it myself (7) the description must be detailed so I can build the qt and run the examples (8) do not assume that I have any knowledge of knowing how to build and run your screen shots and explanations should be complete and easy to under stand. (9) I picked some version from qt hoping this can help me build the others if you think some needs extra work please include it in you builds. bid is in Australian dollar. Payment through Freelancer (if you have problems with Freelancer sort it out). No direct payment under any circumstance or excuse.
